| ENEFI Energy Efficiency Plc (“Company”) hereby informs its Honourable Investors that according to the information received from the Pannon Fuel Kft. it has started to use its LCNG filling station constructed as their own development which is unparalleled in Hungary. On the basis of the information received from Pannon Fuel the sale of 1.5-2 tons of LNG per day is forecasted from the date of opening. No forecast has been made for the development of CBG sales, however taking into account that: 5 LCNG produced from LNG provides up to 20% larger range than CNG produced by compressors; 5 A CNG-fuelled passenger car could be filled in one minute at the filling station; 5 fuel is sold at competitive prices Pannon Fuel Kft. expects fast growth of CNG sales which may be hindered by the difficult access to the filling station until Autumn 2019. (The filling station is opened in the vicinity of the Shell filling station at the Szigetszentmiklós exit of M0 motorway and one of the carriageways has been temporarily closed for due to reconstruction works.) Pannon Fuel Kft. expects at least 5 tons of LNG and CNG sales from Autumn. At the moment the filling station has one LNG and two CNG fuelling nozzles which can be easily extended by two additional LNG fuel dispensers in case of increasing demand. In medium terms the headway of LNG and CNG is inevitable on the account of diesel vehicles. The LNG and CNG market is about to boom. According to the plans of Pannon Fuel Kft. its own previously acquired liquefying plant shall be commissioned in H1 2020. The premise of the liquefying plant shall be selected (from two possible locations) in July. Planning and preparation for licencing is in progress. ENEFI Energy Efficiency Plc. has 20% share in Pannon Fuel Kft. | |||||||||||
