| The Management Board of Photon Energy a.s. announces that on 9 December 2008 its subsidiary Photon SPV 2 s.r.o. signed an easement agreement for a 6.2 ha plot in the district of Tøebíè in the Vysoèina region of the Czech Republic. The Company plans to develop a 2.5 MWp photovoltaic project on this plot subject to grid connection, re-zoning, construction permits and financing in late 2009. The Company will refer to this project as "Project Gamma“ in future communications. Project Gamma increases Photon Energy's active greenfield project pipeline to 8.5 MWp.
