| The Management Board of Photon Energy N.V. informs that the Company concluded the following financing facility amendments through its subsidiaries: The financing facility amendments signed with Raiffeisen Leasing s.r.o. in Prague increased the existing credit facility on nine Czech power plants by CZK 40 million (EUR 1.480 million, PLN 6.301 million). The maturity of the facility remains unchanged. The repayment frequency remains quarterly. Legal basis: § 6 ust. 14 point no.1 of the Appendix 3 to Regulations of the Alternative Trading System - "Current and Periodical Information in the Alternative Trading System". Ust. 3 point no.16 of the Apendix Nr 1 to the Resolution Nr 293/2010 of the Warsaw Stock Exchange dated on 31 March 2010: “ Best practices of companies listed on NewConnect". |
