| Management Committee of Automotive Components Europe S.A. herby informs that on March 25, 2009 Board of Directors acknowledged resignation of Mr. Andrzej Bartos as Director A and Chairman of the Board of the Company to be effective as of April 8, 2009, upon his formal notification to the Company. The Board approved Mr. Laurence Vine-Chatterron as Director A of the Company to fill the vacancy caused by the resignation of Mr. Bartos until the next General Meeting in accordance with art. 7 of the articles of association of the Company and art. 6 of the Regulations of the Board. The Board in accordance with art. 8.1 of the articles of association of the Company and art. 4 of the Regulations of the Board appointed Mr. Arkadiusz Podziewski, Director A, as Chairman of the Board to be effective since April 8, 2009. Professional career path of Mr. Laurence Vine-Chatterron: Laurence Vine-Chatterron has extensive international experience in management and finance. After several years with Price Waterhouse in London and in Canada he held senior financial positions with industrial groups including Adwest, Parkfield, Caradon , Nokia and Federal Mogul. From 1999 until 2007 he was President of Intermet Europe, based in Germany and thereafter CEO of Sakthi Automotive Group. Mr. Vine-Chatterron brings substantial knowledge of the automotive castings industry to the Board of ACE. Zarząd Automotive Components Europe S.A. niniejszym informuje, że w dniu 25 marca 2009 roku Rada Dyrektorów, na podstawie oficjalnego zawiadomienia, które wpłynęło do Spółki, przyjęła rezygnację pana Andrzeja Bartosa z funkcji Dyrektora klasy A oraz Przewodniczącego Rady Dyrektorów Spółki z dniem 8 kwietnia 2009 roku.
