| BUWOG AG (the “Company") acting pursuant to Article 160 Section 4 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Trading in Financial Instruments hereby informs that on 10 June 2015 it has been notified by its Management Board’s member on the acquisition on 10 June 2015 of 766 Company’s shares at the price of 17.79 Euro for each share (the total price for all the acquired shares was 13,627.14 Euro). The shares mentioned in the preceding sentence were acquired on the Vienna Stock Exchange within the ordinary market session transaction. | |
