(“the Bank") hereby informs that on 11th February 2015 directors of the Bank notified the Bank, that: 1) on 9th February 2015 he acquired 516 shares of the Bank in the way of free allotment of shares issued by the Bank at par value in a capital increase charged to reserves, 2) on 9th February 2015 he acquired 1 809 shares of the Bank in the way of free allotment of shares issued by the Bank at par value in a capital increase charged to reserves, 3) on 10th February 2015 she purchased 15 000 shares of the Bank for 6.007 EUR per share. Legal basis: art. 160 section 4 of the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments of 29 July 2005
