Management Board of Work Service S. A. ("Issuer" or "Company") hereby informs that on 8 December 2017, the Issuer received document containing the resignation of Mr. Piotr Gajek from the position of the Vice President of the Management Board of Work Service S.A. with effect on 8 December 2017. Mr. Piotr Gajek shall act as an adviser to the President of the Management Board. He will continue the restructuring of the Work Service Capital Group. Legal base: § 5 (1)(21) and § 27 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 regarding the current and periodic information given by the issuers of securities and the conditions for regarding as equivalent of the information required by law of a country which is not a Member State.
