| BUWOG AG (the “Company") acting pursuant to Article 160 Section 4 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Trading in Financial Instruments hereby informs that on 26 January 2016 it has been notified by its Supervisory Board’s member on the acquisition on 26 January 2016 of 6.000 Company’s shares at the price of 19.05 Euro for each share (the total price for all the acquired shares was 144,300,00 Euro). The shares mentioned in the preceding sentence were acquired on the Vienna Stock Exchange within the ordinary market session transaction. | |
