The Management Board of Work Service S. A. ("Issuer" or "Company") hereby informs that on 24 January 2019, the Issuer received document containing the resignation of Mr. Tomasz Ślęzak from the position of the Vice President of the Management Board of Work Service S.A. with effect on 24 January 2019. Mr. Tomasz Ślęzak didn’t indicate reason for his resignation. Legal base: 1.Art. 56 paragraph 1 point 2 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on public offering and conditions for introducing financial instruments to organized trading system and on public companies. 2.§ 5 point 4 and § 9 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 regarding the current and periodic information given by the issuers of securities and the conditions for regarding as equivalent of the information required by law of a country which is not a Member State.
