| Relevant participations in the UniCredit share capital UniCredit informs that the Company received from Capital Research and Management Company (Los Angeles) a communication - according to Section 120 of D.lgs 58/98 and Section 117 of CONSOB Regulation no. 11971/99 - certifying ownership of UniCredit ordinary shares held the right of vote for saving’s management purposes for a total amount of n° 104.191.933 shares equal to 5.406% of the ordinary UniCredit share capital dont n° 77.513.568 shares equal to 4.022% on behalf of Europacific Growth Fund. Each ordinary share entitles to a single vote. UniCredit Ordinary Shares are subject to the voting restrictions set forth in Clause 5 of the Articles of Association, pursuant to which no shareholder may vote, for any reason whatsoever, for a number of UniCredit Shares exceeding 5% of the share capital, held by such shareholder, bearing voting rights. | |
