| UniCredit informs that the Company received from BlackRock Inc. a communication - according to Section 120 of D.lgs 58/98 and Section 117 of CONSOB Regulation 11971/99 - stating that they own, through their controlled fouds, an amount of UniCredit ordinary shares equalling to 5.036% of the ordinary UniCredit share capital. Each ordinary share entitles to a single vote. UniCredit Ordinary Shares are subject to the voting restrictions set forth in Clause 5 of the Articles of Association, pursuant to which no shareholder may vote, for any reason whatsoever, for a number of UniCredit Shares exceeding 5% of the share capital, held by such shareholder, bearing voting rights. | ||||||||||||
