| With a reference to the public notice from 28 July 2017, Krka is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 8 June 2018 up to and including 14 June 2018. Krka acquired 9,657 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 562,876 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows: - on 8 June 2018: 1,983 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 58.15 - on 11 June 2018: 1,941 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 58.31 - on 12 June 2018: 1,773 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 58.25 - on 13 June 2018: 1,957 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 58.38 and - on 14 June 2018: 2,003 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 58.33. SKB d.d. and NLB d.d. were brokers in these transactions. The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 774,809 representing 2.363% of all shares issued.
