| Zarząd Spółki Leasing-Experts S.A. (Emitent) informuje, iż w dniu 27 marca 2015 roku zawarł cywilno-prawną umowę nabycia 276 sztuk obligacji Leasing-Experts S.A. serii E za kwotę 276 000 zł, słownie (dwieście siedemdziesiąt sześć tysiecy złotych) z terminem wykupu na dzień 23 grudnia 2016 roku. Średnia cena nabycia wyniosła 100% wartości nominalnej. Celem nabycia obligacji jest ich umorzenie. The average purchase price was 100% of the nominal value. The aim of the purchase of the bonds is their redemption.
