| The Board of Directors of ASTARTA Holding N.V. (the "Company") hereby announces that on January 27, 2012 the Landesbank Baden-Wuerttenberg has signed a Loan agreement to provide financing to Ancor Investments Ltd (a subsidiary of ASTARTA Holding N.V.) The financing in amount of EUR 9.3 mln. would comprise non-secured long-term loan for 7 years covered by insurance policy of Euler Hermes. The proceeds of the loan would be granted to finance the purchase of agricultural equipment. | |
