With a reference to the public notice from 25 July 2014, Krka is informing the public that from 10 October 2014 up to and including 16 October 2014 Krka acquired 9,360 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 591,315 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange. Perspektiva d.d., Ilirika borzno posredni¹ka hi¹a d.d. and NLB d.d. were brokers in these transactions. The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 71,493 representing 0.218% of all shares issued. The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 80,853 representing 0.247% of all shares issued.
