| Photon Energy a.s. management board informes that on 14 October 2008 it has submitted to the Warsaw Stock Exchange SA application requesting introduction of its financial instruments to NewConnect, organized as an alternative trading system and operated by the Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A. The application covers 23\'000\'000 Series B shares with a nominal value of CZK 0,10 (PLN 0,014).
