| Canadian Solar and Photon Energy today obtained Development Approval from the NSW Department of Planning and Environment for the construction of a 150 MWp solar farm in Gunnedah. Transgrid accepted the GPS studies after which the AEMO issued both the 5.3.4A and 5.4.3B letters approving the grid connection in January 2019. This is a major milestone for Photon Energy in Australia, making Gunnedah the second project progressed with Canadian Solar as development partners and validating Photon Energy’s long term strategy and commitment to the Australian market. | |
