| The Board of Directors of TrophyResort Nyrt. (“the Company”) informs about an incidental breach of the reporting obligation set out in Good Practice of NewConnect Listed Companies. The Company has not reported within the deadline provided by the Exhibit 3 to the Alternative Trading System (“Current and Periodical Information in the Alternative Trading System on the NewConnect Market”) about signing of two significant agreements which will have important (positive) influence on the Company and its financial data. The main reason for the delay of publishing the information was the inadequate interpretation of the concerning above rule, as the acting on and the fulfilment of the agreements began from the beginning of this November. Today, the Company has published the report. The Board of Directors will make every effort to ensure that this situation does not occur in the future.
