| Zarząd Arctic Paper S.A. („Spółka”) niniejszym informuje, że niezwłocznie uzupełni opublikowany w dniu 4 kwietnia 2024 roku jednostkowy raport roczny Arctic Paper S.A. oraz skonsolidowany raport roczny Grupy Kapitałowej Arctic Paper za rok 2023 uzupełniając powyższe raporty ich tłumaczeniem na język angielski. Zarząd informuje, że żadne dane zawarte w jednostkowym i skonsolidowanym raporcie rocznym nie zostały zmienione w stosunku do wersji raportów opublikowanych w dniu 4 kwietnia 2024 roku. Jednocześnie Spółka informuje, że ponownie przekaże do publicznej wiadomości jednostkowy raport roczny Arctic Paper S.A. oraz skonsolidowany raport roczny Grupy Kapitałowej Arctic Paper za rok 2023 w dwóch wersjach językowych – polskiej i angielskiej. Podstawa prawna przekazania raportu: § 15 ust. 4 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 29 marca 2018 r. w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim. | ||||||||||||

| Current report number 4/2024 Dated: 8th April 2024 Subject: Addition to the standalone annual report of Arctic Paper S.A. and the consolidated annual report of the Arctic Paper Capital Group for 2023 - supplement of the English version of the report General legal basis: Offering Act, article 56, clause 1, item 2 – current and periodic information Management Board of Arctic Paper S.A. ("Company") hereby informs that it will immediately supplement the standalone annual report of Arctic Paper S.A. and the consolidated annual report of the Arctic Paper Capital Group for 2023 published on April 4th, 2024, supplementing the above reports with their translation into English. The Management Board informs that no data contained in the standalone and consolidated annual reports have been changed in relation to the versions of the reports published on April 4th, 2024. At the same time, the Company informs that it will once again publish the standalone annual report of Arctic Paper S.A. and the consolidated annual report of the Arctic Paper Capital Group for 2023 in two language versions - Polish and English. Specific legal basis: §15 section 4 of the Minister of Finance Regulation of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by the securities issuers and conditions on which information required under law applicable in a state not being a member state may be recognised as equivalent. | |||
