| Zarząd Ryvu Therapeutics S.A. z siedzibą w Krakowie („Spółka”) niniejszym informuje, że w raporcie bieżącym nr 5/2026 z dnia 18 marca 2026 r. doszło do omyłki polegającej na zamieszczeniu nieprawidłowego tłumaczenia treści raportu w wersji angielskiej. Spółka wskazuje, że polska wersja raportu była prawidłowa i w związku z tym pozostaje bez zmian. W załączeniu Spółka przekazuje prawidłową wersję angielską raportu. | |||||||||||

| Correction of Current Report No. 5/2026 dated March 18, 2026 – rectification of an incorrect English translation of the report The Management Board of Ryvu Therapeutics S.A., with its registered office in Kraków (the “Company”), hereby informs that in Current Report No. 5/2026 dated March 18, 2026, an error occurred consisting in the inclusion of an incorrect English translation of the report. The Company indicates that the Polish version of the report was correct and therefore remains unchanged. The Company hereby provides, as an attachment, the correct English version of the report. Disclaimer: This English language translation has been prepared solely for the convenience of English-speaking readers. Despite all the efforts devoted to this translation, certain discrepancies, omissions or approximations may exist. In case of any differences between the Polish and the English versions, the Polish version shall prevail.
